Real estate investor looking to increase network

What I Have:
  I have real estate investment opportunities to offer as I forge on to increase my personal portfolio

What I Want:
  To network, educate, be educated and of course find deals

Interests:
  Travel, Martial Arts and enjoying the good times with my family and friends

I joined the Big Apple Real Estate Investor Association in August '06 to learn about investing and since then have purchased 3 Philly properties. Now I am focusing on continuing my education as well as sharing what I have learned with others. I am continuing in Philly but have my sights on wealth creation overall and investing in other areas.
